Hotel was absolutely great. Finding the hotel is not easy specially if you are new to Istanbul. but after finding the hotel you will love the location. Inside Istiklal street with a lot of shops, bar, pubs, etc. Hotel rooms are very clean and room service is good. Hotel is renovated recently and everything inside room is new. Friendly staff. Really there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

The staff was very nice and they speak English and they're welling to help in any way possible. The location is very good for shopping and night life, very close to taksim square and very close to galata tower, rooms are clean.
The address of the hotel is not clear so keep the hotel phone# with to call them when you're lost, no elevator.

Staff are great people, especially Urhan and Bollot (Cloud). The location is magnificent, you will never believe that you will find such a beautiful very nicely designed hotel located for such a price. Despite some unpleasant incident happened, the management compensated me.

The hotel is very well located, at the beggining you just have to aks how to get there becuse it is behind a coffee shop, but after that is very easy to move from there because it is right there in Taksim square were everybody goes out for party and shopping! The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. The rooms are very neat, ice decoration and the beds are big :D I defiitely would come back if I visit Istanbul agian. Thanks you!!
The only little thing is that they dont allow to have visits, sometimes it is ok to have a visit, I mean we are travelers and we have friends who can totally visit us in a good way. The thing is not to abuse of that allowance when given, but they should allow a visit sometime. Anything else, very friendly :)

Huge room, comfortable bed.
Smoke smell in the hallway and the room. Loud at night and in the morning, It is right on the intersection and the windows were not sound-proof. Hot water was limited to a hot water tank installed in the bathroom, so you had to shower fast before you use all the hot water and it gets cold again

We stayed four nights at Serene Hotel. A very nice hotel located at the heart of Beyoglu, Taksim (the European part of Istanbul). The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was worth the money we spend.
The area where the hotel is located is very loud and there is no breakfast. Besides that everything was fine.

Its location is perfect; on the Istiklal Street. It is very easy to reach famous clubs from there by walking in any hour. The room and furniture are so good. Besides, we didn't suffer from noise as we expected.
